Blood pressure and weight & waist circumference check with GP
6 monthly dental check
Every year
Optometrist/ophthlamologist check for diabetes eye disease
Foot check with podiatrist
Urine test with GP to check for kidney disease
Flu vaccination
Once-off
Other vaccinations such as pneumococcus (3 doses in total)
